How to integrate card component

I went through the steps of the card component on a remix app with tailwind but cant get the hover spotlight effect to work.

it's a direct copy paste of the MagicCardGradient demo component.

The spot light does not work.

    I was able to resolve it by working through the code, my ticket can be closed
